Terrina de fresa con yogurt

- 90 gr de azúcar
- 500 gr de yogurt
- 50 ml de zumo de naranja
- 25 ml de zumo de limón
- 10 hojas de gelatina para el yogurt
- 200 ml de nata
- 4000 gr de pulpa de fresa
- 2 hojas de gelatina para la pulpa de fresa
PREPARACIÓN
Empezar preparando la pulpa de fresa lavando las fresas, triturandolas y mezcladolas con 2 hojas de gelatina (previamente remojada y habiéndola calentado con unas gotas de agua a fuego flojo).
Mezclar muy bien el yogurt con el zumo de limón, el azúcar y el zumo de naranja. Poner la gelatina remojada con un poquito de agua al fuego flojo para que se diluya.
Batir la nata. Juntar los tres elementos removiendo bien.
Forrar un molde rectangular con film transparente añadir primero la crema cubriendo la mitad del molde, después añadir una capa de pulpa de fresa y luego otra capa de la crema.
Dejar la terrina unas 12 horas en la nevera, después sacarla con ayuda del film del molde y cortarla en lonchas.
